it doesn't appear this new feedback is working. the problem is worse. no notification or cant view likes on pic. someone plz fis this

need to fix this problem. it's been going on for 3 weeks cant view likes on pix. always goes to "oops

so I have sent this problem several times . I am not getting any results problem is worse now.
