I cant log on. I didn't receive a text with code, phone number given may be incorrect. Page says forbidden

Image Download Problem
Every time I try to download an image from Instagrille to my PC, it saves it as "file" and not as PNG like it used to.
Any ideas what to do? or what's causing it?
