i can not open up this app....

Successfully installed, but i can not open up, the mouse has been in rotation....i don't know why...plz help me.thanks a lot! BTW, My computer system is Windows7

I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue! It sounds like it's an issue with Pokki which is used by Instagrille. Did you try restarting your PC?
