Nearby isn't accurate

It seems to be searching by name and not location. My city Warrington, PA in the US also shares a name with a city in England. Needless to say it is not nearby however I get tons of their photos in my NearBy list.

I'm having this exact same problem and it is very frustrating! I also live in a Pennsylvania town that shares name of town in England. My feed is just filled with photos from England!!
