I have instagram on my phone and use it constantly. This "instagrille" the Instagram for pc was was blocked by my virus protection saying its full of them and spyware on and on. where is instagram for laptop or does it exist?

There is no official Instagram app for PC. Instagrille is an unofficial app that uses the Instagram API. I'm not sure why your virus detection is complaining as Instagrille is virus and spyware free.
