Sorry for the delayed response. Can you right-click on the Pokki acorn icon and select 'Check for updates' to ensure you have the latest Instagrille version? If you do, is this still occurring? Thanks.

It's no problem! 


I've tried doing that and it says that Pokki and all the apps are up to date. Instagrille keeps on prompting me for my log in details as well.

Can you please try:


  1. Uninstalling Instagrille
  2. Right-clicking on the Pokki acorn and going to Tools -> Relaunch Pokki
  3. Installing Instagrille
Sometimes without restarting Pokki a problem can persist even after re-installation. Thanks!
