I just uninstalled and reinstalled and it works perfectly now (I did not see your message when I did this).

1. Yes, I am signed in to instagram. I can see all of people's posts and comment on them.

2. I am on the list view.

3. Yes, it happens all the time.  I click on where it shows the number of likes. It is shaded out, but when I put my pointer on it the number gets darker and I click on it. It clicks down but does nothing.

It used to work until I updated the app on my computer.
