Hi Micha - thanks for letting us know. Are you running a high DPI (such as 125% or 150% so that text appears larger?). There are some known issues on the higher DPIs we'll work to address. If you could provide a screenshot of the blank spots that would be very helpful - thanks!

There is no official Instagram app for PC. Instagrille is an unofficial app that uses the Instagram API. I'm not sure why your virus detection is complaining as Instagrille is virus and spyware free.

Sorry you're experiencing this notification issue. Can you please try the following:


1. Uninstall Instagrille

2. Right-click on the Pokki acorn and go to Tools -> Relaunch Pokki

3. Re-install Instagrille

  2. Right-clicking on the Pokki acorn and going to Tools -> Relaunch Pokki
  3. Installing Instagrille
Sometimes without restarting Pokki a problem can persist even after re-installation. Thanks!

We found the issue! Thanks for pointing it out. We've released an updated version that resolves it. You'll automatically be updated in a day or so, but to get the updated version right-away simply:


  1. Right-click on the Pokki acorn icon 
  2. Select "Check for updates"

  2. What view are you clicking on likes?
  3. Does the issue happen all the time?
