I think you doesn't understand what Instagrille does and how instagram works. Instagram works in your mobile environment. It was created to capture "moments" from your mobile camera (phone or mobile device) and there is no app capable to upload photos to your instagram account. I think that would require to release a filter api. I don't understand how filters works but i don't think instagram team want to publish something like that.
